We take your privacy very seriously...any personally identifiable information you share with Hotdeals101 will be used only for the purposes of your transaction. We will never sell, give, or rent our customers name, e-mail address, credit card numbers, mailing address, purchasing history or any other personally identifiable fact we learn about you to a third party.

What if I ordered something that is out of stock?
In the event that the customer response is greater than we anticipate, you will receive e-mail notifying you of the item being out-of-stock, as well as the estimated arrival date if available. We try to update our site as soon as we know an item is out of stock.

When will my item be shipped?
Items are shipped within 3 days of recieving payment. All items are shipped ups or fedex with tracking numbers

What payment methods do you accept?
We are in the process of upgrading to a merchant account. we will be able to accept online credit card payments in the near furture. We will update this when we are up and running to accept credit card payments online.
Electronic Check Payment:
We do have an account that will allow you to pay by echeck online. It is an online personal check processer. We can send you an invoice through them at your request.
Other payments:
We apologize but at this time we only ACCEPT MONEY ORDERS,CASHIERS CHECK or PERSONAL CHECK.
Wire Transfer
You can do a wire transfer from your bank account to ours via request. please contact us so that we can give you the information needed for the transaction.

Are all products guaranteed to work on arrival?
Yes all items are guaranteed to work perfectly on arrival. 90% of our items are brand new. 10% are refurbished by highly qualified individuals.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, We are completely convinced that you will be happy with your purchase that we offer full refunds. return item within 30 days and you will recieve a full refund, no questions asked.

Do you allow local pickup?
Sorry we do not allow local pickup. All items are stored in our warehouse and will be shipped from that location.

Yes we add items daily so please check back.

I don't have a credit card...can I still order?
Simply add all of the items to your shopping cart and select "CHECK" as payment. Send check along copy of order which will be emailed to you. We accept personal checks, money orders, or cashiers checks. If you pay by personal check we will hold check until it clears the bank about 5 days, then ship the order. Money orders and cashiers check orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of payment.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
While all the orders are packed with as much care as possible sometimes things do break in shipment. If you have an item that comes in damaged, notify us within 3 days so we can have another gift sent out, or credit can be given to you for the defective gift. We require that you send the defective back for an exchange before we ship the replacement. ALWAYS E-mail us to let us know the problem BEFORE you ship anything back. All orders must be accompanied by the Original Invoice and Original Packaging material.
